Legal Club's legal plans are unique due to the fact that they are not insurance in all 50 states. Therefore, our marketing partners don’t have to be licensed to sell Legal Club plans, and the plans maintain their continuity across the country.

Legal Club plans have no limitations on usage, no pre-existing condition exclusions and no waiting periods before usage is permitted.

• More importantly, Legal Club’s proprietary attorney network is the only one in the country that caps its hourly rate at $125.00 per hour, or 40% off the attorney’s usual and customary hourly rate, whichever is greater.
