Working with brokers we provide comprehensive and cost effective insurance solutions for their institutional clients. The principle responsibilities of this position are to assist Brokers/Agents with New York DBL product solutions and customer service issues.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Entry Level Customer Response via Phone & Email
  • Administrative Website Assistance
  • Process policy documents via Agency Management System
  • Data Entry/Imaging/Document Posting
  • Daily Outlook Utilization
  • Office Supply Maintenance
  • Liaison to Building Personnel

Professional Profile:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Timely, punctual and detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Responsible / accountable
